Bij deze wil ik jullie nog van harte bedanken voor de toewijding en professionalisme die jullie zowel voorafgaand, tijdens, als na de 5 events hebben tentoon gespreid om mede een succesverhaal te maken van onze productlancering. Het is bijna een huzarenstukje te noemen om deze realisatie en totaalconcept op zo’n korte termijn te hebben verwezenlijkt. Ook het feit dat er door jullie constant naar optimalisaties/vernieuwingen en interactie met de event-aanwezigen is gezocht, werd door ons ten zeerste geapprecieerd en gesmaakt. De casting day was een geslaagde symbiose tussen enerzijds Event Masters en anderzijds onze eigen mensen met als doel om, op een onverwachtse en speelse manier, alle betrokkenen (hostessen, performers, moderator en catering staff) te briefen en instrueren over onze productlancering alsook om het engagement en teamgeest van iedereen te stimuleren, als kick off vóór de start van het eigenlijke event. Hierbij is de casting day volledig in zijn opzet geslaagd.
